The Guarantee
Here is How it Works
Your instructor submits his/her book order by our specified due date. The Bookstore guarantees to have the
qualifying coursebooks on the shelf the first day of class. Qualifying texts will be listed under the
"Guaranteed" header on the shelf tags. If we fail to have a qualifying text, we will make photocopies of
your assignments, at no expense to you, until your book arrives. (Books that have been delayed by natural
disasters, transportation strikes, imported books, or books that are out of stock at the publisher are exempt
from the Guaranteed Book Program.)
STUDENTS: special orders for fall term must be placed by oct. 9.
FACULTY: winter term faculty orders must be submitted by oct. 6
