crimes in no unclear terms
The Cultural forum hopes at least to break the silence and begin to locus attention on the need to seriously address the
grossing problems ol hale base's! attacks, as sscll as complacency and complied silence on the part of the community
Once the silence i' broken, perhaps effective steps can be taken to belter educate ourselves about the wealth of disersits
that characterizes the best in our community
