A native of southeast Alas
ka, Katie Henry comes to the
Willamette Valley with an en
thusiastic repertoire of blues,
contemporary folk and origi
nal songs.
Henry's themes range from
Alaskan life to Norwegian
street life. Because she
moved to Eugene in January,
Henry said she "narrowly es
caped'1 minus 60-degree
weather in Fairbanks, Alaska
