Club Soccer Team has found a
way to win.
After losing its opener 1-0 to
the University of Portland on
Oct. 4, the independent league
team came away victorious in
its next two contests. The first
was a 4-0 victory over Southern
Oregon last Sunday, followed
by a 3-0 triumph on Tuesday
over Central Oregon.
These wins came despite the
fact that the group assembled
barely three weeks ago. But un
der the circumstances, tin;
players still insist they're de
veloping a cohesiveness.
"I’d say this team is blending
really well," said junior striker
Sam Maccarrone. "Soccer is a
game of team play and its im
portant to know everybody on
the team. I think we re doing a
