.The Guarantee.
Special Orders must be placed for Winter Term by January 22nd to qualify
Here is How it Works
Your instructor submits his/her book order by our specified due date. The Bookstore guarantees to have the
qualifying coursebooks on the shelf the first day of class. Qualifying texts will be listed under the
“Guaranteed” header on the shelf tags. If we fall to have a qualifying text, we will make photocopies of
your assignments, at no expense to you, until your book arrives. (Books that have been delayed by natural
disasters, transportation strikes, imported books, or books that are out of stock at the publisher are exempt
from the Guaranteed Book Program.)
Here is How to Take Advantage of the Guarantee
1. Come to the Coursebook Information Counter at the Coursebook office on the second floor.
2. Fill out a coursebook special order form before the end of the second week of classes.
3. You will be charged what we believe to be the current new price on your text. (The actual price may differ
when your book arrives.) Photocopies of your assignments will be available within 2 working days.
4. When our book reorder arrives, you will exchange your photocopied pages for the textbook.
NOTE: You must bring your sales receipt, Special Order Form, and the photocopies with you when you
pick up your book.
Pick up a copy of the Guaranteed Text Reading Materials Program flier for complete information.
