Jim Scott Alone Boston guitarist Jim Scott will bring his personal blind of classical and ja// influences as well as insights to guitar playing to Kugene this weekend. Scott has performed ex tensively all over the country. His performances include appearances with Paul Horn, Paul Winter, his own group — Radiance, and as a soloist and singer-songwriter. Scott has 12 albums to his credit. His more recent releases in clude two albums with Radiame, a solo album, “Jim Scott Alone,” and an album of children's songs. Scott will appear at the Community Center for the Per forming Arts on Dec. 12 in a benefit performance for the “Breitenbush Fund for the Forest,” and in a workshop on Dec. 13 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at lamb's Cottage in Skinner's Butte Park.
