Building to get face lift

After 100 years on the lInivor
sity campus, the Collier House
is scheduled to receive the first
part of a much-needed face lift
this month that will attempt to
restore the building to its
original appearance.
The University has earmarked
$1H,0(H) for renovation of the
the Collier House, and the
Faculty Club has raised $2,000.
These funds will be spent on the
first phase, and although fur

funds for future work still must

continue, she says.
"The house has a wonderful
history,” Tamiasie says, "it
would be wonderful if we could
restore it completely."
