Marcia Morgan will discuss her book “My Feelings” with children between 3 and 8 years old and their parents. The presentation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, and is part of the Children’s Saturday Celebrations at the bookstore, a community outreach for children, says Francie McGeough, childrens’-books buyer. Morgan’s talk is the fifth event of the series. An hour of magic, mask-making for Halloween, a Winnie the Pooh celebration and a Beatrix Potter day have filled previous Saturday celebrations. Though the Bookstore will be closed the Saturday after Thanksgiving, the series will resume the following Saturday with a greeting card making day, and end for the season Dec. 8 with a “Nutcracker” reading hour. Children and their parents are invited back winter term, when the series will begin again.
