Art exhibits are Lisa Pascarosa's principal responsibili ty as visual arts coor dinator. She brought the “Century of the Lively Arts” display to the second floor of the EMU and is in charge of the Aperture Gallery near the Fishbowl. She also will put on the Undergraduate Art Show in the spring and pur chase a piece of contemporary art this year for the EMU's collection. ”1 wanted to be involved in the University art scene,” said Pascarosa of her interest in the job. "I also like the unique con tribution I can make to', the Cultural Forum.” The experience that they receive in doing their respective jobs was cited by all the coor dinators as the thing that they valued most about being in the Cultural Forum. Likewise, they would all like to get more input from students regarding their efforts. “I'd rather hear what students want from the Forum than just do what 1 want to,” Metzler said. Of the Forum itself. Cooper observed, "We have different jobs, yet we mostly work as a unit, helping each other.” Staff The Friday Edition is the Emerald arts and entertain ment supplement. It is published every Friday throughout the school year except after Thanksgiving, and during exam weeks.
