THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION
OF STUDENTS IN ECONOMICS AND
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT is having its
first company tour to “Agripac” today.
The topic of the two-hour tour will be “The
Impact of International Trade on Oregon’s
Economy.” Transportation will be provid
ed to interested participants. Pre
registration can be done at Room 390
Gilbert Hall this morning. Participants
must be at 390 Gilbert Hall by 3:15 p.m.
THE INTERNATIONAL TRADE AD
MINISTRATION offers undergraduates
and graduate students majoring in trade
related fields the opportunity to obtain
paid, hands-on experience in their field
through the co-op Education Program. To
be eligible for the program, students must
be U.S. citizens, have completed 90 quarter
hours, and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Ap
plicants from the University are due in
Washington, D C. by Oct. 17. For more in

THE BOARD OF ADVISERS MEETING,
where influential members from the local,
academic, business, and government meet,
will take place Wednesday at 4 p.m. in
Room 410, PLC. Interested students can be
observers, and formal dress (minimum of a
tie for men and skirt for women) is
preferable. The chair of the board of ad
visers is Prof. Richard Steers, who is the
associate dean to the business school.
A “HOW TO GET INVOLVED IN THE
JOURNALISM SCHOOL” workshop will
be held Tuesday in the Allen Hall reading
room. Members and officers from several
communication organizations will
welcome your arrival.

WILLAMETTE PASS IS HIRING FOR
THIS WINTER. They have set their open
ing day for Nov. 21, the day before
Thanksgiving. They will be hiring approx.
100 to 125 full- and part-time seasonal
employees for the 1984/85 ski season. Ap

Ski Corporation’s office at 29 W. 29th Ave.,

"USING MEDICATIONS WISELY,” an
educational session for senior adults, will
be presented jointly by the American Red
