University Theatre to begin new season
The University Theatre’s 1984-85 season
begins Oct. 18 with the comic-drama Excur
sion Fare and then runs the gamut from
Moliere’s classic French comedy “Tartuffe" to
the annual dance concert “Dance ’85.”
The Theatre will also present Henrik
Ibsen’s “Hedda Gabler” and Shakespeare’s
"Romeo and Juliet. "Award-winning designer
Alexandra Bonds will create the costumes
for Romeo and Juliet."
Season tickets are now on sate at the box
office. Prices range from $20 for the general
public, $16 for seniors and $14 for University
students. At a mere $2.80 per show this may be
the student entertainment value of the yepr.
