Volleyball
Willamalane: A meeting for

volleyball league was held last

and Thursdays from 12:45-2:30
p.m. for women interested in
drop-in volleyball in a fun, relax
ed atmosphere. Five public

Thursday from 6-9:30 p.m.
RIM: Men's, women's and coed
six-on-six leagues will be
organized this fall. The coed
league begins Nov. 5, with the
entry deadline Oct. 3. A tune-up
league is being offered beginn

deadline that same day. Men's
and women's leagues start Nov.
26; the entry deadline is Nov. 24.

second-largest pool in the
Pacific Northwest. Adult lap
swim is available Monday
through Friday from 5:30-9 a.m.
and noon to 1 p.m.; and Monday
through Saturday from 6:30-8
p.m. Daily admission fee is 95
cents; six-month swim passes
are available to students for $22,
while a year pass costs $36.50. A
water sports night is offered
every Monday night beginning
Sept. 26, with water polo, water
basketball and water volleyball
offered. Admission fee is 95
cents. A round-robin tourna
ment in each will be held Dec. 3.
Kayakers who want to move in
doors for some practice can do
so on Wednesday nights from
9-10:30 p.m.; admission is $1.50.
Midnight swims will be offered
from midnight until 2 a.m.; ad

RIM: A coed innertube water
polo league will begin Oct. 12;
registration deadline is Oct. 10.

plexes available, at Echo Hollow
and Sheldon. Echo Hollow Pool,

25-yard, six-lane indoor pool. Lap
swim hours are 6-8 a.m. and
noon to 1:30 p.m. until Dec. 30.
Until Nov. 14 and from Dec.
19-30, lap swim hours will also be
held from 5-6:30 p.m. From Nov.
7 to Dec. 16, lap swim hours will
