ALBANY, (AP) - When a
police officer stopped a partially
nude man riding a bicycle on an
Albany street early Thursday,
the patrolman thought the cy
clist looked familiar
He was right The bicyclist
had been stopped earlier this
month for not wearing any
clothes
When asked why his pants
were partly off at about 3 am.
18-year-old Arthur Ramo of Al
bany told the officer that his
pants were too tight
The explanation given police
earlier this month for the man's
total nudity was that he was "too
hot.''
Thursday morning. Ramo was
charged with "disorderly con
duct with attempt to cause an
noyance, inconvenience and
alarm, creating a physically
offensive condition which he is
not licensed,or privileged to
do," police said

musical emphasis away from
the twin themes of alcohol and
guns that dominated many of
his early songs
At age 35, for the first time in
the rock'n'roll business, I'm fin
ally making money on the road,
which is real unusual for any
group these days,'' Zevon says
"It's not multi-colored rolls of
money, but we re making a
profit on our own,
