Country fair opens Friday
The Oregon Country Fair opens Friday and runs through the weekend. The fair features many displays of
arts, crafts, food and live entertainment. Admission is $4 for adults, with a $1 discount for seniors, and
free to those under 12 years of age Free buses leave regularly from the downtown mall starting at 10:30
a m.. On August 28 the Grateful Dead will be featured in a concert at the fair location. Tickets for the
concert are $12.50 each and available only inside the fair.
