LIVE FREELY
WITH FRIENDS
If you sit down to think about it, you’ll
discover that living in a residence hall really is
a pretty good deal. Go ahead, think about it.
Think about the advantages and disadvantages
of living in a hall versus an apartment.
First of all, consider the freedom and the
friends. Since all of the housekeeping is taken
care of, you have lots of time and lots of
freedom to spend with your friends.
Second, consider the convenient location of
the halls. It really helps to have a home only a
short distance from your classes.
Third, consider the freedom from the hassle
of buying and preparing food and cleaning up
afterwards.
Each hall contains a lounge, fireplace and
piano. Each complex contains color television
sets, ping pong tables and vending machines.
Basketball standards, tennis courts and
covered bicycle racks are located near each
complex.
For students wishing additional privacy,
single rooms are available upon request. In
addition to privacy, single rooms offer
expanded closet space and are furnished with a
comfortable lounge chair.
High quality, nutritious meals are planned
and prepared by the professional food service
staff, and foods which appeal to students of
various ethnic and cultural backgrounds are
included in our menus. Three well-balanced
meals, which follow a standard menu plan and
offer unlimited seconds on most items, are
served each day during the term except
Sunday when brunch and dinner are served.
For our summer residents, we offer two
meal options: 5 or 7 day week.
