Summer Faculty Reeearch Awards available this year
Open to University faculty members the $2,500 awards
are designed to stimulate research by providing faculty
the sustained time tor scholarly and creative endeavors
Proposals will be fudged on the basis of their scholarship
and the extent to which they advance knowledge in a
particular field For the first time up to five of the awards
will be made to tenured faculty members No grants will
be awarded tor the 1982-83 academic year For more
