McMillan and food service di
rector Jim Covington say they
plan tor campus cafeterias this
fall
The Skylight Refectory, which
in the past has featured only
sweet rolls, will be adding tresh
doughnuts to its morning fare
Located in the upper level of
the EMU, the small cafeteria will
continue to serve the popular
Greek Gyros (pronounced
year-ohs) sandwich made of
pita bread, freshly roasted lamb
green peppers onions and
choice of sour cream or hot
sauce The Gyros is one of few
deviations from the Skylight s
normal vegetarian menu

McMillan says this is a more
economical way of pricing that
also allows the food service to
have a wider variety of food
items available In the past, if the
price of a food item — such as
tomatoes — became too high it
