Earth week features ape talk
A slide show and discussion
of the endangered mountain
gorillas of central Africa will
highlight today's Earthweek
activities.
The presentation by Stuart
Perimeter, one of many scien

save the gorillas from extinc

EMU Ballroom.
The mountain gorilla is the
largest in the family of great
apes and lives only in the Vi

THE RETURN OF
THE SECAUSCUS 7
Rarely does an independent American film
recieve such attention and praise as Secaucus
7, making just abut every "10 best" film list of
1980 in the nation. In his directional debut.
30-year-old John Sayles has fashioned a highly
personal, perfectly realized film about the
reunion of old friends, former political activists
of the 60's who are now turning 30. They
reminisce , play together, make love, talk abut
making love, re-define their relationships and
try to come to grips with the future while at the
same time holding on to their experiences of
the past. The naturalness of cast is irresistible.
Make way to discover these important new
talents
