the anthropology department, will present a
lecture and slide show on his fifteen years of
fieldwork in Borneo titled "The Fishermen of
Sabah: Adaptation and Change in a Borneo
Maritime Community” today at 3:30 p m. in

A free fly fishing festival will be held
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the South
Eugene High School cafeteria Continuous
demonstrations of fly tying, fly casting, rod
building, and instruction in all aspects of fly
fishing will occur. Hundreds of flies and
three rods will be given away Two films. "A
Trout, a Flyrod or You,” and "Fly Fishing for
Striped Bass'' will be shown on the hour
