new lifelong eating and activity habits. You’ll enjoy our small
group classes and personalized instruction led by registered
dietitians.
Daytime and evening groups begin the week of April 13.
Classes meet for 10 weeks with follow-up sessions at six and
twelve months. Preregistration is needed to reserve your
spot. Individual programs are also available.
