the company, readers and a
harpist work together, in
dividually and in combinations
to create the program.
Director Michael Wilson
describes this performance as
an experiment with a variety of
art forms. In 1979 Wilson dir
ected the production of him by
e.e. cummings and Mary Miller
choreographed a section of the
play and danced in it with an
other dancer from the company.
Miller and Wilson discovered an
artistic compatability at that
time which they have continued
to explore.
Full Moon in March is the
chosen work (and also Yeats’
personal favorite). The play and
poems examine what it is like to
be young, to be growing older
and to accept old age.
