be closed at 5 p.m. to save en
ergy and money, according to

An evening of Balkan music and customs
is scheduled for tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the
Eugene Public Library, 100 W. 13th Ave. The
program includes vocal and instrumental
music by Carol Silverman and Mark Levy,
both noted Balkan interpreters. Films will
show Balkan festivals and saint's days
Natural Challenge, a program of outdoor
activities designed specifically for women,
will offer a workshop on winter wilderness
experiences tonight at 7 p m at the Celeste
Campbell Senior Center, 135 E 6th Ave For
