Club smashes car
to rebuild funds
The University Model United
Nations organization expects its
fund-raising event today to be a
smashing success.
The group will have a used
1 970 Toyota car at the corner of
1 3th Ave. and University St. for
peopie to hit to work off their
frustrations, according to Tim
Mitchell, a sophomore political
sc le nce major and fund-raising
coordinator for the group.
‘ " We’re charging 25 cents for
one l~»it and — if you’re really
frustrated — five hits for a dol
lar.” Mitchell says The event
will be held between 9:30 a.m. to
3:30 p.m.
