gram has an opening for the Assistant Division
Head of Public Schools, and an opening for
Assistant Division Head of Community Ser
vices. These positions require interpersonal
and organization skills, experience in peer
supervision and group process, self motivation
and the ability to motivate others, and a
commitment to experiential learning.
Responsibilities include assisting the Division
Head in training and supervising 10-15 coor
dinators, placing 200-300 university volunteers
in the public schools each term, problem
solving, documentation of division business,
curriculum development, and participation in
program meetings. This is a unique opportunity
to gain skills in policy-making, consensus
decision making, public relations, group facili
