Union workshop to be held
How can a local labor union most effectively determine the
attitudes and priorities of its members prior to labor-management
bargaining sessions? This topic will be discussed in the EMU, room to
be posted, Saturday. Feb. 25, when labor research consultant Paul
Goldman conducts an all-day workshop on “Research in the Local
Union." Registration deadline is today and the fee is $15.
Sponsored by the stale s Labor Education and Research Center
(LERC), located on campus, the workshop is open to any interested
person. It will start at 8:30 a.m. and continue until about 5 p.m Meeting
room numbers will be posted on a bulletin board in the union s main
lobby
