Center has been a nonprofit,
democratically run,
community oriented,
educational association ever
since its incorporation as the
Eugene Art Center in 1955.
Their sole purpose, then and
now, was to provide an
educational art facility for the
people of Eugene, a place
where.artists could both show
their work and teach their
craft to others.
Through the help of one
Maude Irvine Kerns and
several others in the
community, they have made
great strides toward
achieving their goals. But it’s
an ongoing process and in
order to continue serving the
community, they need
community input. Does the
