Last summer I attended a six-week training program in Military Sci
ence at Fort Knox, Kentucky. While there I received a two-year Army
ROTC scholarship which pays my full tuition, all books and fees and
gives me $100 each academic month of the year.

Banks to speak
here tomorrow
Dennis Banks, leader of the
American Indian Movement, will
speak tomorrow in an appearance
sponsored by the EMU Cultural
Forum and the Native Amen can
Student Union. He will be speak
ing in the EMU Ballroom at 12:30
p.m.
Banks has been tried on federal
charges in the past in connection
with rebellions at the Pine Ridge
Reservation in South Dakota and
is currently facing other cnminal
charges. His talk will focus primar
ily on his past experiences.
