Thursday mornings for students, faculty and staff through December

The no 2 Influenza Vaccine will continue to be given after
Christmas Vacation until the supply is exhausted

The EMU wfll have a live Christmas tree this year without lights
The decorations can be made by you The material, including paper,
popcorn string and dough, will be available next to the tree in the
EMU lobby. 10 am to 3 p.m., Tuesday. If you wish to make one at
home it wooid be a welcome addition

Auditions for Benoit Brecht’s Three Penny Opera will be held
Stnday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and December 3 from 7 to 9

Director Betty Bernhard is looking for actors who sing to fill 20
roles for men and women.
Food stamps available in Springfield
Food stamps will be sold in Springfield beginning Monday, an
nounced Glenn Sabin. director of Lane County’s Food Stamp program
Sabin said the stamps would be sold in a new office located in the
Big M Shopping Center. 303 So 5th The office is located in the same
budding as the State Welfare Department. The Welfare Department
determines whether individuals are eligible for food stamps; and the
Couity is responsible for sale of stamps
He said the office would be open on the second and third week of
December Dec 3 through 7 and Dec. 17 through 21) Hours will be
from 9 a m. to 3 p.m.
He said heavy or light demands on the office might cause the
hours to change ”BU if more people than we anticipate come in we’ll
stay open longer ’' he said.
Adult sexuality series planned
Interested members of the public are invited to come to a planning
meeting, at 7 30 p.m . Wednesday to discuss the feasibility of putting
'ogether a public education series on aspects of adult duality
The senes to be co-sponsored by the Unitarian Church of Eugene
and the Lane County Mental Health Association, would be planned for
spring or fall of next year Possible topics to be covered in the series
include: intimacy enrichment, sex education for children, the
emancipation of women, erotic films, homosexuality, and marriage
and its alternatives The series would include knowledgeable local
speakers, panel presentations, and films. The purpose of the Wed
nesday night meeting is to discuss what topics could be presented and
how the senes will be coordinated. The meeting will take place at the
Unitanac Church. 477 E. 40th Street.
