p.m. tonight in 177 Lawrence Hall.
Barron, who is on the faculty of the University of California at

Consciousness”.
His research has focused on judgement, perception, and per
sonality characteristics as these pertain to creativity.
Barron’s appearance, his second at the University in recent years,

the Departments of Architecture, Psychology, Fine and Applied Arts
and the Institute for Community Art Studies at the University and the

FSO to wrap up constitution proposals
The Foreign Student Organization (FSO) executive board will at
tempt to finish deliberations on a proposed new constitution this
Thursday and adopt a proposed 1973-74 budget.
The board finished deliberations on 13 pages of the 16-page
document at its meeting Wednesday night. Board members had hoped
to finish deliberations at the meeting, but adjourned the meeting after
2'v hours when Dutch representative Andries Mellema felt the
committee was “rushing” too fast.
Only one question developed at the meeting. The draft constitution
called for the FSO vice president to “be responsible for all matters
pertaining to the elections of officers of the FSO.” Indian represen
tative Ranjan Rayfelt the elections “would be more authentic” if they
were run by a three-man elections committee.
Ray’s proposal, which was adopted for recommendation to the FSO,
called for the committee to be composed of the FSO vice president, a
representative of the ASUO Elections Board and a representative of
the Foreign Student Office.
Hassan opposed the proposal because he felt there was “increased
feeling” against the Foreign Student Office among foreign students.
The FSO board also set March 1 as a tentative date for a meeting of
the FSO to adopt the proposed constitution. According to the present
FSO constitution, 194 FSO members will need to be present at the
meeting for ratification of a new constitution.
