New buses inside . . .
b The Lane Transit District has revised its bus
routes and purchased new buses in order to improve
its bus service in the city.
Fares for bus rides around Eugene—one way—
are 25 cents for adults, 15 cents for children 5 to 15
years of age, 20 cents for senior citizens and no
admission for children under five.
The transit district has published a new pamphlet
for persons to use, which explains the new bus
routes and how to get free transfers.
The pamphlet is available at the transit office and
further information can be obtained by calling 343
2565.
Buses run from 5:55 a.m. to 7:20 p.m. daily, at 30
minute intervals.
