The yellow areas are being held for proposed projects
which haven’t yet been bought from the city, but are being
held in reserve.
The clear areas blocked off as parcels are areas which
haven’t been sold yet and are still available.
The orange areas are those which have been sold and
whose buyers have cleared proposals with the Eugene
Renewal Agency for businesses to appear there.

parcels marked off in black within specific blocks on the
map.
