illustrated lecture on the fro
zen continent at 7:30 p.m. in Fri
day in 150 Science.
Clingman was a member of a
University team participating in
a National Science Foundation
research program to study the
metabolism of fish that live in
sub-freezing, saline waters.
His role in the mission was to
dive under the ice and capture
various species of fish dwelling
