ment that the United States is
fighting a "white men’s war”
against a small people in Viet
Nam—an argument that Worthy
says carries a lot of weight in
other parts of the world—the
US has gotten countries like
South Korea and the Philippines
to send more troops.
"But the world knows who's
paying the bills and whose arms
are being twisted,” says Worthy.
"It’s only the American people
who are paying the bills through
higher taxes, who have the il
lusion that the war in Viet Nam
is not an American war.”

and tell the U.S. to get out, which
is sure to happen as “night fol
lows day.”

a “tax table" as a service to Uni
versity students and faculty next
week.
Students and faculty are urged
to take any questions concerning
their tax returns to this service
The table will be located in Com
monwealth Hall near Dean Lind
holm’s office. The tax assistance
will be offered from 1 to 4 p.m.
Monday through Friday. Tax
forms will also be available at
the table.
