CHECK CHECK-LIST
This year, ns in past year*, the Student Union will he cashing
checks for both students and faculty. This service, at the Mam
Desk is our pleasure, but it does sometimes bring moments of
pmn . . . especially when checks are returned due to non
sufficient funds.
\/ When writing checks, doublecheck your hank balance,
make sure what you think wdl be a "good check" doesn't turn
out to lie a "bad check "
If your check is returned, you will have to pay a service
charge of WOO This is in addition to any service charges
enforced by your hank Another sound reason to double check
your bank balance.
Anyone writing two "bad cheeks" will not be allowed to
enjoy the privilege of cashing checks at either the Student
Union or the Coop for the remainder of the school year
Please bear with us during thoae occasional times when
the Main Desk is unable to cash your check An average „f
$200 in checks is cashed each hour and unexpected demands
deplete the supply of cash on band
