Numerous veteran students
now enrolled at the University ■
are approaching the time when i
they will have been discharged (
from the service for three years, i
They are reminded that if
there is going to be any possible
change of objective that this one
allowable change must take place
not later than three years from
their date of separation. An ap
plication in itself is insufficient;
the actual change-over must be
in force.
There is also mistaken infor
mation being circulated that a
veteran may change from a resi
dent school to a correspondence
school and then back again to a
residence school.
This is not the case. Although
to the veteran there may basi
cally be no change of course, the
attainment of such objective is
different in the eyes of the V.A.
Any veterans interested in
either a change of course, school,
or a combination of the two
should contact this office im
mediately. This is especially true
for those veterans who are near
ing their three-year date of sep
aration from the Armed Forces.
