The University Theater will
present "Blood Wedding,” a poet
it- drama by Federico Garcia Lor
ca. as a bonus attraction for its
season ticket holders Thursday.
Friday and Saturday.
This production is being hand
led hy Helen Watson Adams,
graduate in speech, as work to
wards her master's degree.
Miss Adams has chosen the
play, designed the setting, cast
the actors, and is directing the
production as well as handling
the promotion and ticket sales.
This will be the first time the
University Theater has present
Alpha in Front
In WUS Drive
Alpha hall is still leading in
the World University Service
house soheitaiun drive. They
have turned in $22.54.
The other top four men's
houses are Sigma Chi with
$18.87, Sigma Alpha Mu with
$12.27, Delta Upsilon with $12.25,
and Phi Kappa Sigma with
$12.17.
Alpha Phi leads the women's
houses with $15, Alpha Gamma
Delta is next with $14.80. Hend
ricks hall $11.92, Kappa Kappa
Gamma $11, and Chi Omega $10.
Money may he turned in for
this drive up until the Wednesday
before Duck Preview Weekend.

Winners will be judged on a
per capita basis and announced
at the Vodvil show during Duck
Preview.

“Blood Wedding" is based upon
a simple folk tale of a bride who
elopes with her lover on her
wedding day and of the tragedy
that ensues when the bridegroom ‘
pursues them.
IVaree Heads Cast
Joan DeLap Pearce will head
the cast as the bride; Ronald
Morgan will be the bridegroom,
and Thomas Gaines will play the
lover, Leonardo.
