Bible class will continue its study
of Christian doctrine under the
leadership of Bob Dean in the ab
sence of Thom Hunter. Transpor
tation to local churches for the
11 a. m. service will be available.
The 8 p. m, vesper service will be
led by Nancy Woodruff and Mar
ten Oosterkamp, Jerry Malone will
give an exposition entitled. “Ade
quate Gods.“ Special music will be
provided by Carla Taylor. A social
hour with refreshments will fol

Bonnie Bracken will lead the
Chapel service Wednesday at 12:30
p. m. At 5:30 that evening, at the
fellowship supper, the guest
speaker will be Rev. D. Hugh
Peniston, pastor of the First Pres
byterian church, Cottage Grove,
who has as his topic, “Of Men,
Mountains and Missions, in Alas
ka." He will show slides of Alaska
from his personal collection.
Christian House
Doughnut Hour begins as usual
at 9:15 a. m. Sunday, followed by
two Bible classes, taught by Victor
Morris and Clarence Elliott. At
5:30 p. m. Sunday, “Vacation So
What?" will be the discussion top

summer.

The regional DSF conference
is scheduled for April 2 to 4 at

Portland on the Columbia Rivet

group, are in charge of publicity.
Newman Club
The final meeting for winter
term will be held Sunday gt 7 p.m.
at Sacred Heart hospital. The
meeting will commence with Bene
diction of the Blessed Sacrament
and will be followed by a social
hour.

Canterbury Club
Hev. Robert Ellis, campus chap

forums. These forums are follow

will be "The Effect of the Contin
ental Reform on the Church of
England." He will speak at St.
Mary's Episcopal church, Thir
teenth and Pearl streets, following
a service of Evening Prayer and
an informal supper.
Throughout Lent there will be
a dally celebration of the Holy
Communion at 7 a. m. in St
Mary's church, with the Wednes
day morning service being held in
Gerllnger hall.
