Haar Named to Fill Committee Posts Franklin Haar, professor 0f health education, has received ap pointments to three committees in this state and the northwest. He was named to the constitu tion revision committee of the Northwest district of the Ameri can Association for Health, Phys ical Education and Recreation. His term on this standing committee is for an indefinite period. Haar has also been named to the policy committee for the state association the function of which is to establish .general policies which underlie standards for teacher education in the field ol health education. His third appointment is to the central state committee on educa tion standards in health education. This group, an extension of the policy-forming body, was appoint ed to develop curricula conducive to carrying out what was advocat ed by the policy committee.
