Float Parade Rolls at 4 p.m.

will begin rolling at 4 p.m. today
at 4th and Willamette. All floats
are to be at the starting area by

chairman, announced.

The floats will go up Willamette
to 13th, east on 13th to University,
up University to McArthur court
where the parade will disassemble.
Motorcycles and the University
band and the Junior Weekend court
will head , the parade. A space of
50 feet should be kept between
each float. There will be several
comedians and acts in conjunction
with the parade, said Miss Hasel
tine.
Judges will be placed along the
parade route. Awards, to be an
nounced at the All-Campus Sing,
will consist of two (three if neces
sary) rotation cups to be given
first place winners. Permanent tro
phies will also be given this year.
