    Spring Vacation
Cooperation Asked
The week-long spring vacation
initiated this year will need the
■cooperation of students to be a
success, according to Donald Du
JShane, director of student affairs.
DuShane, at the request of the
Jlourd of Deans, told the ABUO
senate Thursday that the vacation
was increased In hope that stu
dents would not return for spring
iterin several days late.
The board, which acts as the j
calendar committee In setting the
’academic year, has pared down the
school year as much ns possible
jiow, he explained, anil if students
continue to return late to classes
‘the two or three day "long week
end'' spring vacation may be re
instated.

She replaces Barbara Williams
and Helen Koopmnn, past presi
dents of the two organizations.
