Delegates will be guests of uni versity departments at a luncheon at noon today in the Student Union building. Heating Plant Open to Public The new University heating and generating plant wil^ be open for public inspection Friday and Sat urday mornings. A special display of early University of Oregon doc uments may be viewed during tl»e weekend in the library . Portraits of University of Ore gon presidents are now on display at the Student Union, as are greet ings and congratulatory messages the university has received from universities aud professional lead ers in America and Europe. The Student Union hospitality committee will conduct guided tours of the building over the weekend for University guests. Soloist for the evening's enter tainment will be Rita Yuzon of Hawaii, who will sing the Twenty third psalm. Otto Cundritsch of Austria will yodel while Durga Bhutani from India will sing and play his native songs. Ushers for the program come from all parts of the globe. They include Ann Cruz from Guam, Gloria Galia from The Philippines, Mieko Ohno of Japan. Consuelo Silveta from Panama, Otto Cun dritsch from Austria and Durga Bhutani from India.
