These fellowships are again be ing offered only to seniors and, graduate students. Funds sufficient to provide for the student’s traveling expenses, registration fees, book and tuition costs, room and board, and educa tional travel within the foreign country are included in the fellow ships. Fellows are selected equally on. character, leadership, scholarship, I and service qualities. To apply a student must have received a bachelor’s degree, or be in liis senior year expecting to receive the degree at the end ot the aca demic year. The candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old. Applications will be narrowed down by a series of regional com mittees. Final selection of fellows will be made by the Rotary Found ation Fellowships Committee and will be announced in January. Last year there were 195 Rotary fellows studying in 96 universities and 27 countries.
