New Petitioning System Under the new petitioning and activity file system, each Univer sity student will be asked to turn in a single petition blank to the ASUO office, listing activities and GPA. (Freshmen would list high school activities and prep decile.) These petitions would be filed in a permanent folder in the ASUO office. When the student petitions for a particular job, he need only turn in his name and suggestions for the position, since his activi ties—religious, social, political, or athletic—will be on file. Gov.
