Mauta v>L “Kltiioy'* metal. Oregonas Senf| To High Schools Oregon Dads, Oregon Mothers, and Alumni Association have sent copies of the 1950 Oregana to every high school in the state, Karl W. Onthank, faculty adviser, has re ported. Copies for the high schools wore printed early and mailed to the high schools before University dis tribution, to reach farming com munities before school closing dates, Onthank said. Oregon Dads guaranteed the printing cost, and the other groups contributed to the expenses. KDUK Drive Lulls; Establishment Sure The drive to collect pledge cards on breakage fees for the establish ment of campus radio station KDUK came to a successful lull today. A total of 61S pledges has been collected. Jack Vaughn, president of Kap pa Rho Omicron, radio honorary, said, “The money collected is enough to insure the establish ment of a carrier current station, and will put a dent into the costs of an FM setup.” The amount of money that will be turned over to the KDUK fund is estimated to be between $1,200 and ?1,800. A meeting of Kappa Rho Omi cron, held Wednesday night, con sidered the question of ending the drive or carrying on additional canvassing. Dull to Speak On Government In KERG Forum Dr. Paul S. Dull, professor of his tory and political science, will par ticipate in a discussion over KERG it 6:30 p.m. today on “world gov ernment: United World Federalists vs. Atlantic Union.” Other participants are Sam Lev ering, national chairman of the field committee of United World Federalists, graduate of and for mer instructor at Cornell Univer sity, and Ray Siegenthaler, chair - man of Eugene Council of World Affairs. “Can World Government Keep Us Out of War, and How Can World Government be Achieved,” is the general topic of a forum to be aired over KUGN at 4 p.m. Saturday. Presenting opinions will be Mr. Levering, Dr. Edna Land'ros, pro fessor of Classical languages, and secretary of Eugene Atlantic Un ion Committee; Dr. Charles Schlei cher, professor of political science; Day Bayly.
