Cauduro Gets Oregana Plaque; Staff Named at Annual Banquet Ed Cauduro, art editor, was awarded the Oregana plaque for the most inspirational senior on this year’s staff, and eight stu dents were named for positions on next year’s book at the annual banquet last night in the Persian room, Eugene hotel. Russian Movie Will Be Shown Students will view a Russian mo vie in color tomorrow when “The Great Glinka” comes to the screen in 207 Chapman hall for three show ings starting at 3:30 p. m. The movie, which ran on Broad way for 30 weeks, will have Eng lish subtitles. Tickets at 25 cents may be bought at the door, or from members of the sponsoring Russian Arts club. Two other showings of the one hour, eight minute film will be at 7:30 and 9:00 p. m. Glinka, an early 19th century composer, was the founder of the modern nationalistic school of Rus sian music today. His work has in fluenced such composers as Mous sorgsky and Rimsky-Korsakoff.
