Students Warned
To Check Classes
“If you pre-registered for your
spring term courses, check to make
sure that you are attending all of
the classes for which you signed
up," said Vergil S. Fogdall, dfrec
tor of men’s affairs, in a reminder
to the student body yesterday.
“If a Student is enrolled in a
course, the professor is required
to enter a term grade for him,”
Fogdall said.
“Naturally, if the student never
shows up for class, the professor
will enter an F on his grade rec
ord.”

that a meeting of the AGS nomin
ating committee will be held this
week to select nominees from peti
tions submitted by houses.
Recommendations of the com
mittee will be presented to a bloc
meeting next week, at which time
additional nominations will be
made from the floor. The nominees
will be voted on at the same meet
ing, which will probably be held
Thursday evening.
Keynoting the campaign, AGS
President Hale declared that the
purpose of AGS is to “promote
the best interests of the Univer
sity of Oregon through fraternal
organizations.”
Co-op to Choose Directors
'Animal Fair' for Theme
Nominations for student directors of the University Coopera
tive store will be made Tuesday, April 12 at the annual meeting
of the Co-op board. It will be at 4 p. m. in Room 207 Chapman hall.
From the persons whose names are submitted at the meet
ing, one freshman and two sophomores will be chosen at the
spring ASUO elections.
These students will be a part of the Co-op board of trustees
which decides the poliay of the store.
The sophomores will hold office for two years, and the fresh
man for one.
Any student who holds membership in the Co-op store pro
vided he is a freshman or sophomore, may be nominated for an
office.
