Howell's Squad Could Tip Ducks With the Breaks Although his team will be out weighed and outmanned’, Coach Dixie Howell feels that Idaho can upset the heavily favored Ore gon Webfoots this Saturday at Moscow. The Vandals will average about 10-pounds less per man than the visitors, but their emphasis will be on speed and more speed. Howell has built his line around two big tackles, Carl Kiilsgaard and Will Overgaard. Both stand six feet-three inches and weigh 215, and are capable of playing 60 min utes of football. The only other starter weighing over 200 pound's for the Vandals is Fullback Sam Theis at 212, and he won’t play because of injuries. Overall team weight for Idaho will be about 192. The line will weigh in at 193, with the backfield averaging 190. Before the Webfoots left yester day afternoon, they had a light workout, going through plays and doing lots of running. Coach Jim Aiken plans to have Bob Sanders and Bud Boqua take over DeWayne Johnson’s line-backing spot for the game, if he didn’t join the team in Salem. Wet Field Likely Though the weather bureau has said there might be good weather for the game, rain has been falling in Moscow during the week. Howell believes this will help the Vandals by slowing down the Webfoot pass ing attack.
