Ross To Speak On Architecture The blending of Spanish colonial architecture with the Indian tra ditional style of Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia during the sixteenth, seven teenth and eighteenth centurierj will be discussed by Marion Dean Ross Thursday at 8 p.m. in 207 Chapman hall. Ross, assistant professor of ar chitectural history, has entitled, this first lecture of the winter term series, “Colonial Architec ture on the West Coast of South America.” Ross, who has traveled exten sively in Europe, Central and South America received the Lang ley fellowship in 1941 from the American Institute of Architects, which he used to further his ar chitectural studies in South Amer ican countries.
