15-8 and 15-10.
Sammies Crack SN
Sigma Alpha Mu’s “B” squad
chalked up their third straight
as they pulled the better two
of-three games out of the fire
against a battling gang from
'Sigma Nu. The Sammies took
the first game 15-7, and were
never headed. In the second,
the Sigma Nus came from far
behind to cop the decision by
nailing down a narrow 16-14
victory. In the final game the
Sigma Nus rallied to within
two points, but the Sammies
spiked for the winning tally.
SX Victorious
The final game of the afternoon
found Sigma Chi putting the skids
under Campbell club as they turn
ed in 15-11 and 15-5 wins to take
j their third consecutive lower di
vision triumph. The Sigs built up
a seemingly safe margin in tfie
first game, but saw it melt away
as the Clubmen came from behind
to close the gap to within one
point. In the second tilt, the out
come was never in doubt.
