YWCA Schedules Union Discussion “Are Unions Managed in a Dem ocratic Fashion” will be dis cussed by a panel at 8 p. m. Wed nesday, at the YWCA. The first in a series of panel discussions sponsored by the newly - formed Public Affairs committee of the Y, it will feature a Eugene labor leader, as well as student and fac ulty participation. Although active on other cam puses, the Oregon Y has never be fore had a Public Affairs commit tee. Janet Beigal is chairman of the group. Newman Club, CYO To Breakfast Sunday For their last communion break fast of the year, the Newman club will have as guests members of the Catholic Youth organization.
